Listen To An Audio BookWant to read some of the bestseller books but just don't have time to sit down and read.  Why not listen to those books while you are working out.  These audio books are professionally narrated by speakers who can tell a great story and they even change their voices for each character in the book.

Walk On A Nautilus t516 For Your Health

Most experts agree that walking is one of the best exercises you can do.  Anyone who walks knows that there can be some problems with going outside to do their walking.

The first problem is the weather..too hot, too cold, raining, snowing or whatever.  You can't control the weather and you might have to go a day or two without your workout.

The next problem, which was a huge one for me, was the hard concrete and asphalt.  My knees went bad and I had to have a hip replaced.
